VETO PRO PAC TOOL BAGS PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Keep the Zippers Clean & Lubricated
Over time, dirt and grit will “clog” the zipper coils preventing them from staying closed. To keep this from happening, clean and lubricate your zippers twice a year (more often if you work on a job site with a high amount of airborne debris). To clean the coils: Scrub them with soapy water; a tooth brush works very well. After scrubbing the coils, blow them out with an air hose to dislodge any other fine grit that didn’t dislodge with the brush. To lubricate the coils: Apply a silicone spray, beeswax or a zipper lubricant.Protect the Zippers From Sharp Objects and/or Excessive Heat
Any sharp object or heat source is capable of permanently damaging the zippers. Once a zipper coil is cut or singed the zipper will not function and in most cases is not repairable. Most of the cut zipper coils we see are the result of sharp tools stored inside the bag with the sharp side facing up. Make sure to keep the sharp edges of your tools facing down in your bag and away from the zipper coils.Don’t Overstuff the Bag
Overstuffing your tool bag will very likely cause significant stress on the zippers that is above and beyond what the bag was built for and will eventually cause the zipper(s) to separate. If you have to work hard to close your zipper(s), your tool bag is most likely overstuffed… proceed with caution!Video & Product Sell Sheet

I used to have a milwaukee toolbag that i thought was very nice, in my line of work its best to keep your tools protected against sticky fingers so i started looking into milwaukee backpacks, thinking i could lock the zippers together to keep it safe. Upon watching reviews i kept seeing the name “veto pro pac” having never heard of it. After watching reviews for different veto bags, in specific the tech mct blackout bag. I was sold. Got my mct blackout within a couple days and the build quality is unmatched, matched with the amazing organization. I’ll never buy any tool storage that isnt branded veto pro pac again. Oh, it even has a dedicated lock loop on the zippers. Perfect!

In my view the veto range of tool bags are the best in the industry. This particular bag is feature rich and can house a considerable amount of tools, yet it retains a modest footprint.
You will not be disappointed when you receive this bag, you will however want to buy more Veto bags – they are that impressive! The only negative aspect is that the small zippered compartments on the front and rear of the bag are quite small and really only suit carrying business cards. I refer to this as a negative, however, I suspect Veto has designed them for that purpose. Finally the bag is very customizable and can accommodate a large variety of different trades. Well done Veto!!!

I came across VETO on the recommendation of my dad and nephew who are electricians. I am an emergency physician that needed a strong, sturdy bag for my portable ultrasound unit that I use in my practice. This bag has pouches for the unit and accessories. I swapped out one of the tool panels for a bulk storage panel and it holds my tablet that I need (as well as the charging cords) safely and securely. This bag is portable and very strong. I’m glad this product was recommended. It is a great fit for my application.

I’m just a homeowner who had the typical wall of tools in the garage. Every time I had to install or fix something, it always required multiple trips down to the garage for a tool I forgot or just now needed. I have tried the traditional toolbox, but everything was either buried, entangled or simply couldn’t be located. With the Tech MCT, I have one bag to grab and I have 97% of the tools that I need to do anything. All of the tools are upright and easy to see and identify. I have a TP-LC for my electrical tools and meters, which is another 2.5% of my tool inventory. The last 0.5% are my “specialty” tools (i.e. plumbing wrench, portable soldering iron and other rarely used items) in a simple grab toolbag.

I am a DIY enthusiast that takes pride in good tools and products and this is one of them. It has a well thought out footprint that flexes to the way I choose to use it due to the v-swap panels. When loaded up it has plenty of room for the task at hand while complimenting the other Veto products that I use like the TP3B.
This product will last me a lifetime. Well done Veto!!

It’s a really good bag. I use it for carrying my tools and lunch as a computer technician.
There’s so many great things to say about it as others have mentioned already.
However, there’s still room for some improvements that would make it absolutely perfect. If they could somehow cut the weight down a bit. The shoulder strap could be softer/more comfortable. The strap that holds the flap should be removeable. Would be great if there was a magnet on both flaps.
To counter these deficiencies, I pack it only with the essentials to keep the weight down. Replaced the strap with a lighter, softer, wider strap. folded up the flap strap as tight as possible and tucked it into the pocket(probably won’t ever use it). Sewed in another magnet on the other flap.
Otherwise it’s a great bag. Highly recommend it and all the V-Swap options. 4.5/5

I just got the bag after 1 day of ordering it which was a nice surprise my first initial thought is it’s great quality it feels great and it fits everything I needed it too I’m an electrical helper and I just needed a compact bag that kept me organized and this is exactly that !

The Tech MCT is everything you need in a midsize tool-bag, with the V-Swap system I’m able to use it as a drill bag or a full on tool-bag. With the zippers and the different pockets it’s easy to carry all the bits/wire nuts/glue you need. Coming from an electrician, this bag is worth every penny.

I’m a HVAC Service tech. I’ve owned a few other brands bags. They were larger bags but they didn’t hold as much as this smaller bag. Seems every tool has a spot which makes it more compact. So far it’s held up well, pretty resilient.

This tool bag is the perfect size, carries all my hand tools, fluke, bits and can fit my drill inside as well. It has some weight to it, but the handle grip is comfortable. I attached the shoulder strap- though I really only use that when I lug it offsite.

This is my second Veto bag. I got this MCT-Blackout for doing maintenance electrical work and it is 99% perfect. The size and design is great and it’s incredibly well made. I only wish the strap could be made a little shorter. Other than that, it is perfect!

I must say, this bag ended up being perfect for me to down size and get ride of some of the useless tools I had been carrying. In the end, this bag ended up being perfect and is of the greatest quality I have ever seen in a bag of any sort!!!

The first thing you notice when you pick it up, is that it is a quality product. Even fully laden with tools, it is well balanced and doesn’t feel heavy.
I am glad I bit the bullet and bought one, this will last me until retirement and beyond. The Veto TECH-MCT is just a wonderful tool bag and worth every cent.

Very great bag. I know someone with the mct and the blackouts extra features knock it out the park. From the handle, extra zipper pockets inside and to the v swap which i was sceptical but very impressed with make it a very versatile bag as a hvac installer.

I do HVAC for a living, I tried two Milwaukee back packs but they kept falling over and it was very hard to keep organized. I tried the Milwaukee 15” tote but it was too tight and didn’t hold everything I needed. I tried the TP XL and while I loved it, it was also too small and didn’t hold everything I needed and fell over all the time. This tech MCT black out is a god sent holds most everything I need doesn’t fall over has enough pockets and room on the inside that I can keep everything organized without it being cramped the only thing I can’t fit in it is a small parts organizer for wire nuts one hole straps and things of that nature (I like to keep them separate so it’s quick to grab and not have to sort through them) 10/10 would recommend and would buy again.

I am a big fan of the Veto Brand, However a tool vendor rep of the Veto Bags Sold a Bag at a discounted Price. I then Purchased this bag and was very pleased, only to find out why it was sold at a discounted value price. There were Zero Panels sold with the Bag. It was a great value no doubt, but he panels and the Bag Sold Separately, are a greater price than it would have been to buy the bag with the panels that I needed. If the Description was noted that it was being sold without panels included I would not have bought this bag. This makes the Whole purchase sour in my eyes. and I ama value shopper yet it makes no sense to buy a product that is only half the value of the main item. I know that this is not VETO’s problem and I am happy with there products, but this company represents them in the sale and promotion of their products. To me it makes them look bad. Make a Better description of your sales Item and View them all Prior to Purchase is all that I am Saying.

Pocket Handyman –
One of many Veto bags I use (TP-XXL, TP5B, MB3, TP-LC, Tech-XL), the Tech-MCT is the *perfect size* for daily use in my handyman business. Since I have to carry a variety of tools across multiple categories (repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, installation, etc.) the Tech-MCT lets me segregate what I need via multiple pockets and zippers. I love begin able to find what I need quickly and efficiently without rummaging through the bottom of the bag. The only thing I’d wish was different: if the stainless-steel tape clips could be located more off-centre on the outside panels. If they were located more forward or back on the side panel, they would not interfere with any of the other tools in the outside pockets. And a couple more D-rings would be good too, for attaching more bulky items that don’t fit inside the bag. I wish the retailers here in Canada carried a better selection of the optional V-SWAP panels too. But your bags are still the winner for 99% of my daily usage. (Now if you just made a nice cart or dolly too, I could carry them all into the job site!!)

I purchased this bag and received it at the end of May so it has been hands down the best bag I have ever owned. I am a hvac service tech and finding the right bag that can carry everything you need but yet not be cluttered up where you can’t find your tools when you need to has always been a problem. Then you might find a bag that was somewhat organized but it was bulky and awkward to carry around or wouldn’t stand up on its own just one waste of money purchase after another until this bag. I love the shoulder strap I can’t hardly tell I’m carring the bag around it distributes the weight so evenly I also really like the fact I can buy different panels so depending on my needs at the time I know I’m covered. I can put the bag down in muddy water or a wet crawlspace with its water proof bottom I don’t have to worry about my tools getting ruined. If your thinking about buying this bag go ahead and get it you will not be disappointed.

This is my first bag from Veto! This bag is well built with lots of pockets and storage space. I took advantage of the 20th anniversary sale and will be using the TP-LC as my primary tool bag and using the TECH-MCT for my secondary specialty tools. As an industrial electrician, I look forward to putting these bags through its paces in the harsh environments I work in.

1st of all thank you veto for thinking of the tradesmen, these bags are heavy duty and pure quality. I have an MB2 for a quick grab and go service diagnostic. And now I had to get the Tech MCT Black out. This bag is a GEM, I load it up for my inspections or Maintenance and for the service calls that require more then a meter my 8 in 1. The original Tech MCT is nice too but when you BLACK IT OUT, I mean PERFECTION, so sleek and tough looking. The inside of the bag is amazing with all the different pockets for all different tools, so Organized and Professional.
Thank you VETO

HVAC tech here
Loving the bag this far. It’s great if you want a bag to bring for inspections or quick diagnostics. On one side I have loaded the fieldpiece wireless set( probes, psychrometers, and temp clamps) the other side I have my multitool screwdriver, monometer, amp meter, needlenose pliers, wire strippers. The front small pouch with Velcro is good for quick access to a folded foil tape.
On the sides I have my box cutter, my 6in1 Klein driver attachment. The other side I have a thermostat screw driver, skinny box cutter, and a permanent sharpie.
My only complaint is that I wish it was more comfortable to wear with a strap. I wish it came with the option at check out if I wanted the small strap or long strap. My best preferred option was if it was able to also be worn as a backpack for climbing up stairs and vertical ladders.
