IF YOU PURCHASED FROM A DEALER THAT IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF VETO PRO PAC PRODUCTS, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT BE HONORED.

IF YOU PURCHASED FROM AMAZON, IT MUST BE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AUTHORIZED DEALERS OR YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID: COASTAL TOOL, A1-COMPONENTS, OR RALPH’S INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS.  IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, EPIC AIR, BEESLEYS AND AC-ONE ARE THE ONLY AUTHORIZED SELLERS ON AMAZON. IF YOU PURCHASED ON AMAZON AND IT WAS NOT FROM ONE OF THE ABOVE-NAMED SELLERS, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOTION RUN BY VETO PRO PAC.

Veto Pro Pac warrants that its merchandise will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the date of the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. Veto Pro Pac’s warranty extends to the ORIGINAL OWNER and Veto Pro Pac’s obligation to this warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise. Abuse and/or neglect are not covered.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tears, punctures or rips caused by sharp items or by general misuse that, in each instance, in the determination of Veto Pro Pac, caused damage that, as evidenced by the pictures submitted at the time of a warranty claim, would not otherwise have occurred when the product is used for its intended purpose of storage and transportation of items used in the practice of a professional tradesperson.  Our warranty is NOT an insurance policy against theft.

APPAREL IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY!!!!  Items of apparel are NOT COVERED under our warranty.

WARRANTY BAGS MAY BE REPAIRED AND SENT BACK. OVER THE COUNTER EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE HONORED.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM AND ASSOCIATED PICTURES AS SOON AS ANY ISSUES ARISE.  WE EVALUATE WARRANTY CLAIMS AS OF THE TIME OF SUBMISSION AND REGARD THE PICTURES SUBMITTED AS REFLECTING THE INITIAL PROBLEM AND NOT            ONE THAT HAS GROWN OVER TIME.
