Bought this bag for trade school. Will say it’ll very satisfied with my purchase. Looks even better in hand . The material and the organization design is perfect. Love the ability to fit a big 32 oz tumbler no problem. Would definitely recommend if looking for a door school bag or even a travel bag.

I required a laptop bag with occasional site use. I I did a lot of research and decided on the Norwalk20+. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The overall build quality is second to none, it is very functional with the solid moulded bottom, making it stay upright. The storage is very well organised, with laptop slide, one large compartment and several smaller. The straps after very supportive.

I’m really enjoying this bag. It checks a lot of boxes, from proper protection to it being the perfect size, not too big or small.
Would like to see improvements though:
-add more semi-rigid panels in the front for more protection
-add an option to attach straps away from the floor, maybe magnetic anchor points to secure them to the back so they don’t droop on the floor.
-option to prosigue stow away the straps
-better/easier option to add/remove sternum straps
