Additional Information
VETO PRO PAC TOOL BAGS PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Keep the Zippers Clean & Lubricated
Over time, dirt and grit will “clog” the zipper coils preventing them from staying closed. To keep this from happening, clean and lubricate your zippers twice a year (more often if you work on a job site with a high amount of airborne debris). To clean the coils: Scrub them with soapy water; a tooth brush works very well. After scrubbing the coils, blow them out with an air hose to dislodge any other fine grit that didn’t dislodge with the brush. To lubricate the coils: Apply a silicone spray, beeswax or a zipper lubricant.Protect the Zippers From Sharp Objects and/or Excessive Heat
Any sharp object or heat source is capable of permanently damaging the zippers. Once a zipper coil is cut or singed the zipper will not function and in most cases is not repairable. Most of the cut zipper coils we see are the result of sharp tools stored inside the bag with the sharp side facing up. Make sure to keep the sharp edges of your tools facing down in your bag and away from the zipper coils.Don’t Overstuff the Bag
Overstuffing your tool bag will very likely cause significant stress on the zippers that is above and beyond what the bag was built for and will eventually cause the zipper(s) to separate. If you have to work hard to close your zipper(s), your tool bag is most likely overstuffed… proceed with caution!Download The Product Sheet of

Im a commercial electrician and I have owned a few Veto products before, this is a perfect bag for me. Its fits more than enough tools for me. I was a little worried about it being weighed down when loaded with tools but it’s actually not terrible at all. Its really comfortable and padded really well. I like how the pannels are swappable also. Overall I would buy this bag again and again. And i plan on buying one after this one get eventually warn out which in my experience will be quite a while because of Veto’s quality!

The quality of the product and the durability show great craftsmanship in it’s built. The flexibility to add on pieces is also great for someone who uses multiple tools and does multiple projects at a time.

Bag is tough and built to last. 15” laptop + iPad fits well. Meter, laptop, labeler and netscout cover all my programming + troubleshooting needs.

Best bag I’ve ever used thus far. Has completely changed and improved my organizational skills and improved my everyday work flow. I cannot sing the praises of the Tec Pac high enough. Just do it. Fully commit. You won’t regret it. Have a good day and have fun.

The tech pac black was my first and only Veto bag I’ve ever had. It’s such an awesome bag it’s perfect it has all the space I need and it’s been my go to for the past 2 years. Veto is definitely the way to go.

Absolutely the best tool bag I’ve ever used! Every stitch, zipper, flap and pocket is so well thought out. I’m truly blown away. The hanging hook is how I store it on my truck and is so solid. I love the way you can make a shelf out of the large flap too. Just a fantastic piece of my day. Also as a veteran I must say thank you for the Veterans program it was a huge part of my decision. Knowing that you care about those of us that served our country is huge. Thank you and keep making great solutions for the trades!!!!

Easily the best built bag in the industry. The amount of thought that went into this is remarkable. The hook to hang the bag is by far one of the best features that goes unnoticed. Every little detail on this bag just makes the job easier. if your on the fence about buying one don’t be. I wish I bought this the second I saw it.

Review is short and sweet. Bag is a game changer, keeping tools organized and easy to reach. Bag sits up, and does not fall over. Top Quality product, you get what you pay for with these. Having the ability to change out panels is a great feature as well. Shipping was fast, and well packaged. Great buying experience, will only buy Veto bags from now on.

As a medical equipment repair tech, I have went through more than a few tool bags and boxes. The Blackout backpack is the best one I have personally owned. The panel layouts give me more than enough locations to organize my tools in a sensible manner, but dual sided nature lets you customize what you carry with you. The handle is sufficient to carry the weight of all my tools, but the backpack itself gives me the flexibility of comfortable transport when I go to other locations, particularly hospitals, where I may have to walk a reasonable distance. I really like how the shoulder straps are tied into the handle with the quick release bracket so there is less strain on the straps themselves, while it gives me a secure feel loaded on my back. I’m still playing around with how I want situate all my normal tools and meters, but the versatility is amazing. Its money well spent if you need a high quality tool bag/backpack.!

This is my second Veto bag. The first one I bought used from a friend. I was so impressed by the quality and the ruggedness of the bag and how well if hold together. That I decided to buy a brand new one. After having my first one is not hard making the choice of spending the money for a new one. Yes they’re are a little pricey compared to other tool backpacks and bags out there but in reality, from my own experience these other bags don’t compare to the quality of the Veto ones. Not even close.

So far it has held up better than every back pack I’ve owned. I was very apprehensive to purchase only due to the cost without knowing anything about the brand or their quality of work. Still too early to tell if 5☆is accurate/warranted, because I only just got the back pack a couple of weeks ago. If it makes through my season unscathed and still functioning as it should (with regular maintenance as instructed in the literature provided by Veto) then I will definitely be adding the fifth star. In terms of construction and weight/load distribution across the body this bag does it beautifully and without aches, pains, or hotspots. Maintaining an impressive level of comfort while wearing that I have not experienced from other back packs ever. The functionality is brilliant, as is the design of the mechanism that keeps the straps anchored to the chassis of the back pack. Storage space is remarkable and between this back pack and the promotional bag (I didn’t realize I qualified for or would receive becaue I hadn’t known there was a promotion at the time of purchase) I am able to easily, efficiently, and effectively transport my hand tools to and from every job site, be it 18 floors up or a couple hundred yards treks to equipment areas on properties of all different terrain, grades, and environments. I’ve already received several remarks on how I look like I’m going “hiking” when I gear up at the van, and you know what like in hiking, so far I haven’t had to make any time waisting trips back and forth to my van because I was missing or needed something else. Looking forward to see how everything holds up come late fall/winter, if any flaws appear, wear becomes an issue, or if it just stands up to the regular and constant daily use.

Great backpack! Almost a month and I am in love it this bag.all my tools fits perfectly inside and when I carry this tool bag I don’t feel so tired as other backpacks……thanks veto….you gave me quality at work!!!!

This bag is awsome! I normally use milwaukee packouts but all my hand tools would just be loose in there or the pull out caddy’s were too small to hold all my pliers and miscellaneous hand tools. I first saw a couple videos on youtube and then looked them up but as soon as I saw the price I was discouraged, all my packouts don’t even cost what a single backpack would cost me. But after a few days a decided to just go ahead and purchase it and I am so glad I did. It was a hard decision but I am happy I went with this larger blackout tech pac. All my necessary hand tools fit perfectly in the tool side (I no longer need to rumage for what I need it’s all right there easily accessible) and on the back side I keep a klein multimeter m12 drill some drill bits a cable tracer 2 unilite work lights and some other items. Everything fits so well! Somewhat tight but its brand new im sure after a couple months it will loosen up the individual pouches a bit. Needless to say I am very satisfied my pac is weighing at about 43 pounds so not much room for future additions but it does already store everything I need at this point. The only thing is getting my back used to the weight of it, I don’t normally cary backpacks and when I do definitely not that heavy. At first I was looking at the smaller packs with just a handle but they seemed too small for what I needed to store in there So I just went with the backpack. It is definitely a great product I cant really speak for the longevity of it at this point since its been about a week of using it but it seems like a very well built quality product. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a way to carry hand tools were they are easily accessible without rummaging around a tool box. Everytime I open it up it makes me very happy to see all my tools very neatly displayed and ready to use. Would be nice to be able to add a picture to this review.

Absolutely Amazing!
This is hands down the best bag I have ever owned and used. I had all the other main brands and the Tech Pac far surpasses them for quality, workmanship, storage capability and usefulness.
The pockets are exactly what I need as an HVAC Technician and coupled with the parts bag is a formidable setup.
Don’t put off buying this bag, it is worth it and when you use it you will wonder how you ever cooed without it 👍🏻
