The “Blackout” version of a “Blackout Build-Out” bag comes with a Tool and Meter panel and additional panels may be purchased, whereas the Build-out version allows you to pick any two panels you would like to start out with in the bag at the time of purchase. There are many panel options and configurations for maximum flexibility to handle any job.
