Shipping policy

All orders are processed for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (i.e. excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be sent an email notification to the email address you provided when your order has shipped.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. For orders received before 3pm we attempt to ship items out the following business day (i.e. excluding weekends and holidays), and for orders received after 3pm we attempt to ship items out on or before the second business day after the order is received. However, there can be delays due to extreme volume, courier delays, global and domestic transportation problems, or other matters beyond our control. On occasion, therefore, items may take longer than expected to ship.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
