The Making of a Great Tool Bag

Veto Pro Pac tool bags are designed by Roger Brouard, a carpenter with 30 years of experience making sawdust. Roger created the prototype in 1998. At the time, most tool bags were created by designers not tradespeople. Roger was frustrated with the bags he was trying to use and he knew others were, too. He launched Veto Pro Pac in 2002.

How Our Tool Bags Are Made

Ergonomic Design

Veto Pro Pac tool bags have a comfortable, over-molded rubber grip and a tough, durable, folding, injection molded hinged handle which provide a sturdy connection to carry hand tools, meters, and many other tools. Most other tool bags have two webbed handles making a heavy tool bag uncomfortable to carry.

Rugged Construction

A Veto Pro Pac tool bag is constructed with tough durable industrial strength nylon thread, double stitched and bar tacked where needed. It is made of PVC impregnated 1200-1800 denier body fabric. Competitor’s bags are made from 600 denier fabric which often wears out quickly. It has oversized zippers that stand up to all types of jobsite conditions.

Vertical Tiered Pockets

All Veto tool bags have multiple rows of vertical tiered pockets offering immediate visual inventory to ensure that all of your tools are ready for the work day. You can easily access all tools quickly. No more rooting around in the bottom of a tool bag for the right tool. And, at the end of the day, you can a quick identification to make sure everything is in its place to prevent losing or misplacing tools.

What Veto Tool Bags Are Made Of

D-Rings

A Veto tool bag has multiple sizes of D-rings inside and outside. They provide additional storage opportunities for accessories and other tools.

Durable Waterproof Base

A Veto tool bag has a 3-mm thick polypropylene, stabilizing injection molded waterproof base. This base keeps tools dry even in the nastiest conditions.

Marine Grade Rivets and Snaps

The durable steel and brass rivets on a Veto tool bag are built to stand up to the rigors of professional use. They have holding power and weather resistance.

Patented Center Panel in Veto Tool Bags

The functional heart and soul of a Veto bag is its patented, sturdy center panel. The design divides the bag and creates two storage bays and maximum storage capacity. Attachment of the center panel to the ergonomic hinged handle offers balanced weight distribution. The vertical tiered pockets are attached to this center panel.

Different Types of Tool Bags

Veto’s tool backpacks are great when you need to carry your tool bag but must have both hands free such as when you need to climb a ladder. Veto makes tool backpacks in two sizes and multiple colors including camo, high viz, grey, and black.

Traditional style tool bags come in open-top and closed-top styles. Veto also has tool pouches which are small bags to hold a small group of specialty tools. They fit inside or clip onto the outside of another Veto tool bag.

You can also get Veto cargo totes which have that same Veto construction as their other tool bags. And Veto gun bags are great for taking your small arms to the range for practice. These bags lock to keep anyone from accessing your firearm without your permission.

Five-year Limited Warranty

Veto Pro Pac warrants that its products will be free from manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the original date of retail purchase from an authorized dealer. See our warranty policy page for more details.

The Veto Advantage

No other bags on the market have this combination of functional design and durable materials. They are designed and built for real life, “day to day” work. This combination separates a Veto Pro Pac tool bag from all the bags on the market. Veto continues to innovate with the tenets that laid the groundwork for the very first Veto tool bag and tag line….”Tool Bags That Work.”
