Veto Pro Pac’s 5 year warranty extends to the ORIGINAL OWNER and is only offered on purchases made at AUTHORIZED DEALERS. If you are not sure if a dealer is authorized, check our dealer locator or call us at (203) 847-1443.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased a bag from an Amazon seller, you must list the seller’s name along with Amazon, in the following format: “Amazon – XYZ Seller.” If you do not include the name of the seller, your warranty coverage will not be approved. Your sales receipt must also show the name of the seller on Amazon. In addition, if you purchased a bag directly from Amazon, LLC or an Unauthorized Amazon Seller your warranty will be void. There are 5 Authorized Veto Pro Pac Sellers on Amazon US (Coastal Tool, A-1 Components, Ralph’s Industrial Electronics, Acme Tools, and Ace Electronics). If you purchased from 1 of those 5 on Amazon you will fully qualify for Veto Pro Pac’s warranty. Beesley’s and Epic Air are authorized Amazon dealers in the UK. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after date of original retail purchase and Veto Pro Pac’s obligation for this warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge at the customer’s request and approval. With Veto Pro Pac’s ZERO DOWNTIME service you will be sent a loaner bag to use while your defective tool bag is being repaired or replaced.
