With Veto Pro Pac's Zero Downtime Warranty Service you will be sent a loaner bag along with a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged bag to our repair facility. It is your responsibility to send your damaged bag to our repair facility within 5 business days of receiving your loaner bag. If you fail to send the damaged bag to our repair  facility or return your loaner bag within 10 business days of receiving your loaner bag, we will assume you would like to keep both bags and you will be you will be billed for the full retail cost of the loaner bag. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU PURCHASED A BAG FROM AN AMAZON SELLER, YOU MUST LIST THE SELLER ALONG WITH AMAZON IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT: "Amazon - XYZ Seller." IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE SELLER, YOUR WARRANTY COVERAGE WILL NOT BE APPROVED. YOUR SALES RECEIPT MUST ALSO SHOW THE NAME OF THE SELLER.  IN ADDITION, IF YOU PURCHASED A BAG DIRECTLY FROM AMAZON, LLC, OR FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED AMAZON SELLER, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID. There are 3 Authorized Veto Pro Pac Sellers on Amazon (Coastal Tool, A-1 Components, and Ralph's Industrial Electronics) If you purchased from 1 of those 3 on Amazon you will fully qualify for Veto Pro Pac's warranty.
