The MalcoEdge™ TEH500 Tubing Expander Head is a 1/2″ precision tool designed for creating smooth, leak-resistant swages in copper and aluminum HVAC lines. Built for compatibility with MalcoEdge™ TEMS expander tool, this head allows technicians to eliminate fittings and brazing by expanding tubing ends for direct connections. Its hardened steel construction ensures long-lasting performance and consistent results in high-pressure service environments.
