Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days, if not sooner (except if we are having a Promotion, in which case due to extreme volume it can take 4-8 business days for an order to ship). You will be sent an email notification to the email address you provided when your order has shipped, when it is close to arriving, and after it has been delivered. Some people may receive those in their junk or spam folder, so we suggest checking there if you do not see it in your inbox.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, there can be delays due to extreme volume, courier delays, global and domestic transportation problems, or other matters beyond our control. On occasion, therefore, items may take longer than expected to ship.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages stolen after having been delivered by the courier to the address that you provided at checkout. For added protection, at checkout we offer the ability to require a signature for delivery for an additional $5 fee.
