VETO’S 5-year warranty extends to the ORIGINAL OWNER and is only offered on purchases made at AUTHORIZED DEALERS. If you are not sure if a dealer is authorized, check our dealer locator, email us at customerservice@vetopropac.com, or call us at (203) 847-1443.

IF YOU PURCHASED FROM AMAZON, IT MUST BE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AUTHORIZED DEALERS OR YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID: COASTAL TOOL, A-1 COMPONENTS, OR RALPH’S INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS. IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, EPIC AIR, BEESLEYS, FFX, POWER TOOL CENTRE (PTC), PRIMETOOLS LIMITED, BIRCO DISTRIBUTION LTD, AND AC-ONE ARE THE ONLY AUTHORIZED SELLERS ON AMAZON. IF YOU PURCHASED ON AMAZON AND IT WAS NOT FROM ONE OF THE ABOVE-NAMED SELLERS, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOTION RUN BY VETO.

IMPORTANT: YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY IF YOU TRY AND FIX WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS A DEFECTIVE ISSUE AND DAMAGE THE PRODUCT.

VETO’S obligation for our warranty is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise.

An original sales receipt is required for warranty coverage. The receipt must show the name of the purchaser, the name of the seller, the model purchased, the price paid, and the date of purchase.

All shipping costs to get your item to our repair facility are the responsibility of the customer. Veto does not pay or reimburse for shipping costs to get your item to our repair facility. Veto will pay the cost to repair or replace (at its sole discretion) and ship your repaired item, or a replacement product, for claims covered under warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: VETO GO DEALERS/DISTRIBUTORS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SUBMIT WARRANTY CLAIMS. THE WARRANTY CLAIM MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE OWNER OF THE VETO GO ITEM.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FULL STREET ADDRESS IS PRESENT. IF THE HOUSE OR UNIT NUMBER IS NOT LISTED, THEN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EVALUATE YOUR CLAIM.
