SPECIAL SPRING PROMO NOTE:   If you are purchasing a Tier 1 or Tier 2 bag, you do not need to do anything else to be eligible for the free promo bag. You do not need to add the promo bag to your order. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE ITEM. All Tier 1 and Tier 2 purchases are automatically submitted under our Spring Promotion.

PLEASE NOTE THAT when possible we ship your free item out with your qualifying purchase, but please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your free item to ship.

THE ONLY TIME A NOTE WOULD BE NEEDED WITH YOUR ORDER IS IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A TIER 1 BAG AND WOULD PREFER THE TIER 2 FREE PROMO BAG. IN THAT CASE, AND ONLY IN THAT CASE, YOU MUST ADD A NOTE IN THE "ORDER NOTES" BOX AT CHECKOUT TO INDICATE YOUR PREFERENCE FOR THE FREE TIER 2 PROMO BAG. WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR PICK LATER. IF YOU PURCHASE A TIER 2 BAG, YOU MAY NOT CHOOSE THE TIER 1 FREE PROMO BAG.

Due to extremely high order volume during our Spring Promotion, please allow 3-6 business days for orders to ship out from our warehouse (with delivery by courier to follow in accordance with the courier's normal business operations). Note that, as noted above, this does not necessarily include the free promo bag, which can take longer.  shipping notification emails are sent when the courier picks up your order for shipment.

YOU ARE NOT LIMITED TO ONE QUALIFYING PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE PROMO ITEM FOR EACH QUALIFYING ITEM THAT YOU PURCHASE.

AS A REMINDER, IF YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE FOR YOUR PURCHASE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SPRING PROMOTION AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A FREE ITEM.

As noted above, during the Spring Promotion, orders generally ship within 3-6 business days. After the courier picks up your package, you will receive tracking and shipping notifications by email.
