Made with enhanced materials, they offer increased strength and load capacity, making them perfect for carrying our heaviest bags. Included with the TECH PAC WHEELER BLACKOUT and TECH PAC MC WHEELER BLACKOUT, and can be purchased separately to attach to the MB5B, MB5B BLACKOUT, MB5B INFRARED, MB5B SPECIAL OPS and MB4B, and can be used to convert the MB3 Blackout (NOT the regular MB3, MB3 Hi Viz, MB3 Camo or any other colorway, only the MB3 Blackout) into a small, compact backpack.   Also included with the TECH PAC EVO and TECH PAC MC EVO, and available for purchase for use with the TP-XXL EVO.
