Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VetoProPac app available on the OpenAI ChatGPT platform (the "App"), provided by Veto Pro Pac ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App Does
The VetoProPac App is a read-only product discovery assistant within ChatGPT. It allows you to search, compare, and rank Veto Pro Pac products — including tool bags, tool storage, apparel, drinkware, and accessories — by connecting ChatGPT to the Veto Pro Pac product catalog via a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
The App provides product information only. It does not process payments, place orders, or modify any external system. All purchases must be completed directly on vetopropac.com.
2. Scope
The App exclusively covers Veto Pro Pac products. It does not provide information about, compare, or recommend products from any other brand.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
- You must hold a valid ChatGPT account in good standing with OpenAI.
- By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. The App's Tools
The App provides four read-only tools. None of these tools modify any external system or send data to any third party.
- product_search — Searches the VetoProPac product catalog using BM25 relevance ranking. Accepts a search query, optional category, price range, and product name list. Returns matching products with name, price, and catalog ID.
- product_compare — Retrieves and presents a side-by-side specification and feature comparison of 2–3 specific VetoProPac products identified by catalog ID or name.
- product_dimension_rank — Ranks VetoProPac products by physical dimensions (volume, height, width, depth, or weight) to answer superlative questions such as "largest bag" or "lightest option." Accepts optional size filters and category filters.
- show_greeting — Displays the VetoProPac welcome screen with a usage disclaimer at the start of a new conversation. Takes no inputs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct the underlying product catalog or server logic beyond normal App usage.
- Submit queries designed to probe for vulnerabilities, circumvent rate limits, or abuse the MCP server infrastructure.
- Submit queries containing restricted data categories: payment card numbers, health records, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, or authentication secrets.
- Use the App to send spam, phishing content, or malicious input.
- Use the App in any way that violates OpenAI's Usage Policies.
6. No Purchases Through the App
The App is a discovery tool only. It does not support add-to-cart, checkout, or payment functions. Any purchase of Veto Pro Pac products must be made directly on vetopropac.com and is subject to the terms, return policy, and policies published there.
7. Intellectual Property
All content returned by the App — product names, descriptions, images, pricing, and catalog data — is owned by or licensed to Veto Pro Pac and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute App content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- Search results will be exhaustive, perfectly accurate, or current at all times;
- The App will be available continuously or free from errors;
- Product descriptions or specifications returned by the App will be identical to those on vetopropac.com at any given moment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veto Pro Pac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. The App does not store personal data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Third-Party Platform (OpenAI / ChatGPT)
The App runs on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Your relationship with OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for OpenAI's platform, services, or any changes OpenAI makes to ChatGPT.
12. Modifications
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Connecticut.
