Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Veto Pro Pac ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the VetoProPac app on the OpenAI ChatGPT platform (the "App"). It covers only the App's own data practices. OpenAI's separate Privacy Policy governs data handled by the ChatGPT platform itself.
1. Information We Collect
We apply strict collection minimization. The App collects only what is necessary to answer your product question in real time. We do not collect your name, email, IP address, payment or financial data, health data, government identifiers, passwords, or any other personal identifiers.

We do not collect:
- Full conversation history or chat logs from ChatGPT
- Your name, email address, device identifiers, or IP address
- Location data (city, coordinates, GPS, or inferred location)
- Payment card or financial information (PCI DSS data)
- Protected health information (PHI)
- Government-issued identifiers (e.g., Social Security Numbers)
- Passwords, API keys, MFA codes, or other authentication secrets
- Behavioral profiles, cross-site tracking data, or advertising identifiers
- Session identifiers, telemetry, trace IDs, or logging metadata
2. How We Use Data
Search query text is used solely to search the Veto Pro Pac product catalog and return a result to you within ChatGPT. No query is logged, stored, analyzed, or used for profiling or advertising purposes.
3. Tool Actions
The App exposes four tools to ChatGPT. All four are READ-ONLY — none of them modify external state, send data outside our catalog server, or trigger any write operations on any system.

Because all tools are read-only and side-effect-free, no user confirmation is required before execution and no data is ever sent to an external service as a result of tool calls.
4. Categories of Recipients

5. Data Retention

6. User Controls
- Non-use: Because data is only processed during active App interactions, you can prevent all data processing by not using the App.
- No persistent data: Since the App stores no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. Each conversation is independent and leaves no record.

7. Restricted Data
The App is not designed to receive, process, or store any of the following categories of restricted data, and users must not submit them:
- Payment card data or financial account numbers (PCI DSS)
- Protected health information (PHI / HIPAA)
- Government-issued identifiers (Social Security Numbers, passport numbers, etc.)
- Passwords, API keys, MFA codes, or other authentication secrets
8. Data Security
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Our internal catalog server is not publicly writable. Since no personal data is retained, the risk of a data breach affecting user privacy is minimal. If you become aware of a security concern, please contact us at customerservice@vetopropac.com.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If we learn that a child has provided data through the App, we will take steps to discard it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
