VETO PRO PAC WEBSITE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

Customers can return or exchange a product for up to 30 days from the purchase date if the following conditions are met:

1. The purchase is made ONLY on Veto Pro Pac’s website.
2. The product has not been used and the hangtag is still on the product.
3. The product is in its original packaging.
4. Contact  returns@vetopropac.com advising that you would like to return or exchange an item.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and the above conditions are met, then you can return (ship) the product back to Veto Pro Pac’s approved shipping address at your cost and receive a full refund or exchange it for another Veto Pro Pac product. If you decide to exchange the product for another Veto Pro Pac product, then you will be charged the difference if the retail price of the new product is higher than the original purchase price; if the exchange is for a lower priced product, you will receive a credit in the amount of the difference between the original purchase price and the lower priced product.

*NOTE- IF YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING DURING THE SPRING PROMOTION AND RECEIVED THE FREE ITEM, THE FREE ITEM MUST ALSO BE RETURNED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND ON YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE FREE ITEM, IT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.
