VETO PRO PAC WEBSITE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

Customers can return a product for up to 30 days from the purchase date if the following conditions are met:

1. The purchase is made ONLY on Veto Pro Pac’s website.
2. The product has not been used and the hangtag is still on the product. NOTE: if you are returning a Build-Out product (NOT a Blackout, but a Blackout Build-out), the panels must be returned outside of the bag and cannot be inside of your bag or your return and refund may be denied. You must return the panels in their own original packaging – though they can be in the same box as the bag for which they were purchased that you are returning.
3. The product is in its original packaging.
4. Contact  returns@vetopropac.com advising that you would like to return an item.
5. VETO PRO PAC DOES NOT PAY, OR REIMBURSE FOR THE PAYMENT OF, SHIPPING COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBIILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
6. DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE EMAILED RETURNS@VETOPROPAC.COM AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH SUBMITTING A RETURN. IF YOU SEND IN YOUR ITEM WITHOUT FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN AND WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR PURCHASE.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and the above conditions are met, then you can return (ship) the product back to Veto Pro Pac’s approved shipping address (as provided during the return process if you follow the above steps) at your cost and receive a full refund. 

*NOTE- THIS RETURN POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PURCHASES MADE ON VETO PRO PAC’S WEBSITE. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY VETO PRO PAC WHOLESALERS OR OTHER ONLINE DEALERS.

*NOTE- IF YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING DURING THE SPRING PROMOTION AND RECEIVED THE FREE ITEM, THE FREE ITEM MUST ALSO BE RETURNED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND ON YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOUR FREE ITEM HAS NOT YET SHIPPED, IT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.
