Q: What makes VETO bags better than other tool bags?
A: The design of our bags makes for superior tool organization and access. The vertically tiered pockets, attached to our patented center panel design, allow for immediate visual inventory and access to all your hand tools. Our 3mm poly propylene base keeps our bags dry and the body fabric is durable 1800 denier nylon fabric to protect from wear and tear. The hand contact with our bags is through a substantial ergonomic rubber grip to help disperse the load and give quick one-hand contact for bag transportation. All the elements that go into making a superior tool bag are considered and evaluated in our on going product development/ improvement.
Q: What are VETO bags made of?
A: Our bags start of with a 3mm polypropylene water proof base that returns up a full 2 1/2 ” on all sides. The body fabric is a durable denier nylon (ranging from 600 – 1800; most bags are 1800) that is riveted to the poly base and the vertically tiered pockets are made from the same denier nylon to accommodate the rigors of hand tool storage. Our handle is 3/8 thick nylon and the grip is an ergonomic over molded rubber to give a comfortable contact to your bag and tools. Our rivets and snaps are a combination of steel and stainless steel and our zippers are selected to match and exceed the day to day routine and abuse from the field.
Q: Which bag is right for me?
A: It depends on the type(s) of work you do and the types of tools you use. Most of our customers get multiple VETO bags to accommodate their job-specific tools.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: VETO PRO PAC tool bags are built to stand up to the rigors of professional use. VETO PRO PAC warrants that its merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after retail purchase, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear. This warranty extends ONLY to the original owner and is only valid if your bag was purchased from an authorized Veto Pro Pac dealer. If you are not sure if a dealer is authorized, search our dealer locator or call us at 203-847-1443. The warrany does not cover damage resulting from abuse or neglect and our obligation for this warranty is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing the merchandise.
Q: How do I file a warranty claim?
A: To file a warranty claim you can call our toll free number at 1-877-847-1443 or submit a warranty claim on our website. If you have not already completed a warranty registration for your bag, please do so before filing your warranty claim. Please note that you will need the date and place of purchase to complete your warranty registration.
Q: Do the bags hold a cordless drill?
A: Yes, all our bags are capable of holding a cordless drill. That said, the Tech LC, Open Top tool bags and the Model XXL-F have storage areas which are designed to hold a cordless or other bulky items.
Q: Do the bags hold different meters?
A: Yes, all our bags are capable of holding different types of meters. In particular the Model Tech LC has large pockets which were specifically designed for butt sets and meters and we offer a meter bag (MB).
Q: Are your bags waterproof?
A: No. The base (3mm polypropylene) and body fabric (1800 pvc-impregnated denier) are waterproof and can stand up to the elements. However, water can seep in through the zippers and therefore we recommend that you cover your bag in heavy rain.

Q: Do I need to complete a warranty registration after I purchase a VETO bag?
A: Yes, it is very important to file a warranty registration after purchasing a Veto bag. Without a completed warranty registration, you will need to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt in order to file a warranty claim.
Q: Where are the bags made?
A: Our bags are made in China at top notch factories. We travel to China frequently to keep an eye on quality, make improvements to the existing bags and develop new products. In addition, we have ongoing quality inspection to ensure that production meets our high quality standards.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: If you need to check the status of an order, please complete an order status request. We will respond within one day with your order status.
Q: You ship outside the USA?
A: No, we do not ship out side the USA. We have international distributors in many countries so search our distributor list which can be found at the top of our home page
