"I'm a facilities technician and also do property management for a large auto dealer. I have 11 stores in one city, 1 in another, and help with 23 stores in another city. About 90% of my job is inspecting the stores, working with vendors, gathering information, taking pictures, and reporting to a main headquarters in another state. The rest of the time I'm doing relatively light maintenance. Been at it for about 5 years."
