Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the date of original retail purchase and Veto’s obligation for this warranty is limited, at the company’s option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise. If Veto decides, in its sole discretion, to replace the item, it will do so with the same product if that product is still offered, and if not then with a similar product of the same or higher value. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tears, punctures or rips caused by sharp items or by general misuse, or the fading of colors over time, in each instance, in the sole determination of Veto. Please note that our warranty policy is not an insurance policy against theft or loss.

An original sales receipt is required for warranty coverage. The receipt must show the name of the purchaser, the name of the seller, the model purchased, the price paid and the date of purchase.

All shipping costs to get your item to our repair facility are the responsibility of the customer. Veto does not pay or reimburse for shipping costs to get your item to our repair facility. Veto will pay the cost to repair or replace (in its sole discretion) and ship your repaired item, or a replacement product, for claims covered under warranty.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

VETO GO’s 5-year warranty extends to the ORIGINAL OWNER and is only offered on purchases made at AUTHORIZED DEALERS. If you are not sure if a dealer is authorized, check our dealer locator or call us at (203) 847-1443.

YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY IF YOU TRY AND FIX WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS A DEFECTIVE ISSUE AND DAMAGE THE PRODUCT. The warranty does not cover issues relating to third-party (including customers) modifications or repairs.

AMAZON PURCHASERS PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased a bag from an Amazon seller, you must list the seller’s name along with Amazon, in the following format: “Amazon – XYZ Seller.” (For example, “Amazon – A1-Components”).
