ZERO DOWNTIME SERVICE (Proof of purchase required): If your claim is approved, Veto Pro Pac will ship you a loaner bag with a box and a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged bag back to Veto Pro Pac. A sales receipt showing that you are the original owner is required to use this service. If you do not have a copy of your sales receipt (or did not submit one with a warranty registration), and you would like to use the Zero Downtime service, please contact the authorized dealer you purchased your bag from for a copy of your sales receipt. If you are not able to acquire a copy of your sales receipt all customers can still use Veto Pro Pac’s Standard Warranty Claim option. The Zero Downtime form has a section to upload your sales receipt and picture of your bag at the bottom of this form, which will appear only after you check off the box after step 1 indicating that you agree to the terms and conditions.

STANDARD SERVICE (No proof of purchase required): Once you submit your warranty claim. Veto Pro Pac will review the pictures and, if your warranty is approved, you will receive an email with the warranty claim number and the shipping address to send your Veto Pro Pac for repair. If your bag is not approved for warranty you will receive an email letting you know your bag is not covered by the warranty. Please note if you choose the standard warranty option you will be responsible for shipping the bag to Veto Pro Pac and the shipping is not reimbursable by Veto Pro Pac.

With Veto Pro Pac's Zero Downtime Warranty Service you will be sent a loaner bag along with a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged bag to our repair facility. It is your responsibility to send your damaged bag to our repair facility within 5 business days of receiving your loaner bag. If you fail to send the damaged bag to our facility, we will assume you would like to keep both bags (the loaner/replacement and your damaged bag) and you will be you will be responsible for the full retail cost of the loaner bag.
