IF YOU PURCHASED FROM A DEALER THAT IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF VETO PRO PAC PRODUCTS, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOTION RUN BY VETO PRO PAC.

IF YOU PURCHASED FROM AMAZON, IT MUST BE FROM ONE OF THE BELOW NAMED AUTHORIZED VETO PRO PAC DEALERS OR YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOTION RUN BY VETO PRO PAC.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the date of original retail purchase and  Veto Pro Pac’s obligation for this warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise. Damage due to wear and tear (which is not covered under our warranty) will be repaired at a reasonable charge to the customer at the customer’s request and approval. If approved for Veto Pro Pac’s ZERO DOWNTIME service you will be sent a loaner bag to use while your defective tool bag is being repaired or replaced. If approved for Veto Pro Pac’s Standard Warranty service, you will ship your bag to our facility at your cost for inspection, and we will repair or replace your bag as applicable.  Please note that our warranty policy is not an insurance policy against theft.

Our warranty does not cover tears, punctures or rips caused by sharp items or by general misuse that, in each instance, in the determination of Veto Pro Pac, caused damage that, as evidenced by the pictures submitted at the time of a warranty claim, would not otherwise have occurred when the product is used for its intended purpose of storage and transportation of items used in the practice of a professional tradesperson.

Veto Pro Pac’s 5 year warranty extends to the ORIGINAL OWNER and is only offered on purchases made at AUTHORIZED DEALERS. If you are not sure if a dealer is authorized, check our dealer locator or call us at (203) 847-1443.

IMPORTANT: YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY IF YOU TRY AND FIX WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS A DEFECTIVE ISSUE AND DAMAGE THE BAG. The warranty does not cover issues relating to third-party (including customers) modifications or repairs.

AMAZON PURCHASERS PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased a bag from an Amazon seller, you must list the seller’s name along with Amazon, in the following format: “Amazon – XYZ Seller.” If you do not include the name of the seller, your warranty coverage will not be approved. Your sales receipt must also show the name of the seller on Amazon.  In addition, if you purchased a bag directly from Amazon, LLC or an Unauthorized Amazon Seller your warranty will be void. There are 3 Authorized Veto Pro Pac Sellers on Amazon US (Coastal Tool, A1-Components, and Ralph’s Industrial Electronics).  If you purchased from 1 of those 3 on Amazon you will fully qualify for Veto Pro Pac’s warranty. Beesleys, Epic Air, FFX, Power Tool Centre (PTC), and AC-One are authorized Amazon dealers in the UK.  THERE ARE NO OTHER AUTHORIZED AMAZON SELLERS. IF YOU PURCHASED FROM ANY OTHER SELLER ON AMAZON, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOTION RUN BY VETO PRO PAC.

TOOL BAGS AND ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING V-SWAP PANELS) ARE NOT MACHINE-WASHABLE. IF YOU MACHINE-WASH ANY SUCH ITEM, YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
