5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
- The company warrants that merchandise in the VETO GO line of products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after the date of original retail purchase.
- Warranty applies to the original owner only.
- The warranty does not apply to damage from alterations, abuse, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
- Any damages that result from the above will void the warranty, even if there are other manufacturer defects.
- Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tears, punctures, or rips caused by sharp items or general misuse, or the fading of colors over time.
- VETO GO PRODUCTS ARE NOT MACHINE-WASHABLE. MACHINE-WASHING ANY SUCH ITEM WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
- Apparel and Gear are NOT COVERED under our warranty.
- The company’s obligation under the warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise.
- The warranty is NOT an insurance policy against theft or loss.
- Proof of original ownership by way of a sales receipt is required to be eligible for warranty coverage.
- Warranty coverage extends only to items purchased from authorized sellers of the company’s products.

IMPORTANT: YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY IF YOU TRY TO FIX WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS A DEFECTIVE ISSUE AND DAMAGE THE PRODUCT. The warranty does not cover issues relating to third-party (including customer) modifications or repairs.
IF YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO SHIP YOUR BAG TO OUR REPAIR FACILITY. OUR REPAIR FACILITY WILL EITHER REPAIR YOUR ITEM OR REPLACE IT WITH THE SAME ITEM, IF AVAILABLE. IF NOT AVAILABLE, THEN A COMPARABLE ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE WILL BE PROVIDED, AT VETO’S SOLE DISCRETION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO OUR REPAIR FACILITY, WHILE WE WILL COVER ALL REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
