Keep the Zippers Clean & Lubricated
Over time, dirt and grit will “clog” the zipper coils preventing them from staying closed. To keep this from happening, clean and lubricate your zippers twice a year (more often if you work on a job site with a high amount of airborne debris). To clean the coils: Scrub them with soapy water; a tooth brush works very well. After scrubbing the coils, blow them out with an air hose to dislodge any other fine grit that didn’t dislodge with the brush. To lubricate the coils: Apply a silicone spray, beeswax or a zipper lubricant.Protect the Zippers From Sharp Objects and/or Excessive Heat
Any sharp object or heat source is capable of permanently damaging the zippers. Once a zipper coil is cut or singed the zipper will not function and in most cases is not repairable. Most of the cut zipper coils we see are the result of sharp tools stored inside the bag with the sharp side facing up. Make sure to keep the sharp edges of your tools facing down in your bag and away from the zipper coils.Don’t Overstuff the Bag
Overstuffing your tool bag will very likely cause significant stress on the zippers that is above and beyond what the bag was built for and will eventually cause the zipper(s) to separate. If you have to work hard to close your zipper(s), your tool bag is most likely overstuffed… proceed with caution!Download The Product Sheet of

I love this bag!! It’s a pleasure to carry so little weight and have every tool and my meters on the sides to protect them, plus having the magnetic top (reinforced with some extra magnets) being a sort of work tray to place screws, magnetic work light and hand tools, And… keep an M12 drill and a few bits AND fasteners in the flap…AAND my 13” macbook- No bag can satisfy all of these requirements without being backbreaking except the TP-XXL. Period. Total weight is between 20-22lbs

This bag is the best bag so far.
The size is right for me. (Hvac contractor)
Not too big and heavy yet holds everything I need.
Running service calls throughout the day I have to carry my bag in and out of peoples homes, up and down stairs, into attics and basements.
Weight can be an issue sometimes. (especially for a man of my advancing years)

You don’t have to keep spinning your bag looking for tools. You can slide a parts organizer in the back.
If the bag tips over in the truck the flap keeps the tools in the bag. I like that your meters have their own place on the outside of the bag. It also carries easy.
This one is a winner in my opinion!

I’m an hvac tech and have being going with the minimalistic approach with my carry bag for a long time. After switching to probes I wanted to be able to carry everything in one bag so I went with the TP-XXL. What made me decide to pick that bag over others was the meter pockets on each side. Honestly I’m surprised at how much I like this bag and wish I had made the switch a long time ago. The shoulder strap is beefy so it fits nice on your shoulder. I’d recommend this bag hands down.

Strong and robust can carry a good amount of tools along with megger MFT. Bag is easy to carry and stands up when working so easy to access tools.
Laptop part of bag is really just for tablet even a small laptop wont fit which is one small niggle. To improve I would suggest rucksack type of handles for carrying so hands are free to open doors etc.. Also pocket for test leads with probes where the probes wont get stuck on the inside pockets or stab your fingers when you open up the side pocket:-)
Overall I am very pleased with this bag and would recommend to other trades people.

Absolute amazing product. I started with the TP-LC, I had that bag for a year and was always amazed with the amount you can pack into it. So this year I went for the TP-XXL, it is almost the perfect bag. Two big additions to the xxl over lc which are game changers are the zipped pouches on both sides and the metal plate in the flap. I have the zipped pouches packed up and I use the metal plate for my magnetic work light . When I finish a job I always need to double check I packed everything up because of the shear amount of tools this bag holds. I love how Veto engineer their bags, the VSwap system is very nice, I am definitely collecting panels , with a few bags and panels you can easily loadout several different sets for quick change. Yeah, Veto bags are great.

The TP-XXL is definitely the XXL version of its little brother. It provides some great side bags for your meters/circuit tracers and the extra pouches within those side bags are *chefs kiss 🤌🏾. Although it is a lot bigger it is definitely worth its weight providing some extra space. The waterproof lid is a really nice upgrade coming from the TP-XL. Im excited to really fill it up!

Perfect bag. I am a university locksmith. I do a lot of door hardware work. Fits all of my screwdrivers and basic hand tools. I leave my Velcro wall out, so I have room for wd40 and my impact. My old open top bag was a catch all and I would constantly toss junk in there. This bag looks so good you want to keep it nice. A few of the pockets are odd shaped and don’t get used. I also wish they had one or two full length pockets for my couple of files that I just stand up kind of in the middle.

I recently got this bag for work. I’m a electrician and I must say it is the best one I’ve had. It has so much h space and options with out being too large and inconvenient. First time Veto buyer. Always been very reluctant because of the price. Started doing the math on the “inexpensive” bags I’ve been using and realized I’ve bought a couple of these Veto bags…lol! Anyhow, been using the TP XXL now for a little longer than 2 weeks. I absolutely love it! Tools stay organized, layout makes it easy to do a quick scan for fast tool inventory. Picked up the TP-XXL a few weeks ago and absolutely love it so far!
This is my first veto bag I’ve used. I’m a hvac/R technician and always had to carry a separate bag for my meters.
I tried the tech-MCT and couldn’t organize ize it how I liked it. It was a bit small. Then I grabbed the LC amd it was a little too large. Then I saw a colleague with the TP-XXL and decided I must have it!
I’m able to fit more than I thought I would be able in the bag. I can keep a couple of pressure probes on me (which were separate before as well), all my meters, tools I need for every day use, tablet pocket and I can even get my drill in there as well.
I’ve only been using the flap without the zippers so far. The velcro is so strong! I’ve been up/down ladders lots and nothing has ever fallen out, even when I’ve tipped the bag over.
I was reluctant to spend big bucks on a tool bag, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to a normal Home Depot bag again! Thanks Veto! You guys rock!

Bought the TP-XXL, a month ago and it is an amazing back. Fits all hand tools and volt meter and my copper 45 degree flare tool as well as my dewalt impact 20v flex volt series. Clipboard and duct staple gun. As well as all my need drill bits and paddle bits, mini projects ruler, tape measure and hammer. Love all the organized pockets. I’m ready to buy bigger contractors bag to carry all my dewalt powered tools and batteries and of course chargers as well. Also still waiting on free gift to arrive. Just received this bag a couple weeks ago and is BY FAR the best bag I’ve ever owned. My brother has bought and used somethin like 6 of these bags before finding the 2 he prefers, and swears by them. Luckily I got to work off his experience and buy (hopefully) my forever bag. It’s plenty big, enough space for a good sized drill to sit under the flap even fully loaded. Not too big to be unwieldy to carry up and down a ladder. The side pockets seem to fit just about any meter I’ve tried so far. Very very impressed. I actually changed what I was using this bag for and swapped all the tools in it to the propac wheeler and I nearly filled that bag, just to give you an idea of how much you can fit inside it. Own an appliance repair company, been a technician for 19 yrs and this has become my favorite tool bag. Its well thought out. I have 2 meters, a Fluke T6-600 & Fluke 323 that fit perfectly in side pouches. Within Pouches there are nice pockets to store temp probe and micro leads. Inside the bag is a removable Velcro tool holder that i keep in the Van. Once removed i am able to fit either one of my Bosch PS21 or PS41 12v drills along w/40 pc bit holder box. The rear pocket for tablet fits my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 11in Tablet, I love this feature, keeps tablet secure and protected. No need to have tablet under arm and risk a fall or cracked screen. The zipper pocket on fold up flap keeps my wire nuts and screws secure. The 2 front button pockets keep an assortment of socket bits i use commonly along w/ a set of stubby screw drivers. Overall, bag is great! I purchased it for 2 of my techs and they love it! They use similar meters and Milwaukee 12v impact drills w/bit holder box. I know the price may cause hesitation, but once you have it, the investment is worth it. I will be a customer for life.

I had been looking at the VETO bags for ages and finally decided to take the plunge and spend the money on one of these bags… big investment for “just a bag”
My bag finally arrived in the mail and I put it to the test.
Bloody amazing! So easy to carry, it’s smaller than the old bag I was using but I find with the organisation of the pockets you aren’t dumping random items in your bag that aren’t needed. The bag has some weight too it when loaded but the shoulder strap makes carrying it a breeze which also leaves you with two hands to carry extra items around and saves you that extra trip.
Overall looking at the bag and from testing it, I really should have invest the money into it earlier, and for the people that look at the price and it deters them or are hesitant about purchasing, I would recommend make the jump and do it. You won’t look back, I just wish I had of brought one earlier now…

Excellent Tool Bag! Ya, they cost more than others, but like everyone says you get what you pay for. Veto has done a damn good job addressing a lot of the issues Ive had with other tool bags, and the TP-XXL covers most. Instant quality is felt straight out of the box. Something that sets it apart for sure is the hanging hook, great idea. The stretch soft bit pockets are awesome and an addition ive never seen in a tool bag prior. Completely happy with the purchase.
As for recommendations for the swap panels, maybe stock 4 pocket with addition of some half width screwdriver pockets added. By no means takes anything away from the bag, just a personnel suggestion when incorporating my tools inside. Ill be looking to VETO first when looking for storage in the future for sure. I think this is the 5th review ive ever left for any product, lol, but well deserved

Originally I was using an 18″ Husky bag and it held a lot. Actually more than this bag. But the organization and accessibility of this bag is much better. Especially the meter pockets. I could totally ditch my individual meter pouches and go directly into the meter pockets with room for additional leads. I like that the tape thong and tape tether were both included. I prefer the tape tether for tape, but my gloves work nicely in the tape thong.

Only worked the bag a week. I like the plastic bottom, and the layout in general of the bag. I use the hanging hook more than I thought. The thick curved handle is also more comfortable than I expected. They left out the magnet from the clear pouch and the strap in the iPad pocket. I also wish it came in “hi viz.”

As a commercial/industrial HVAC tech working in a brewery for one of the largest beer suppliers in the world, I need a tool bag that can withstand the rigorous work load and sometimes extreme conditions I work in and Veto Pro PAC hasn’t let me down yet, it is not as cumbersome to carry through the plants many conveyors and the hook for hanging it is a life saver. The TP-XXL is my most recent tool bag purchase and I love the open top flap design combined with the tablet pocket. I purchased this bag because of the open top with flap design and tablet storage and the promotion they were running for a free TP-LC, and I’m not at all disappointed with my choice. I currently own and use the (TEC-MCT, the TEC-MC the TP3B, the TP-XXL and the TP-LC) if you work in the trades and expect your tool bag to hold up to your work load Veto Pro PAC has the bag for you.

I have been a Veto Pro Pac fan and user for over 15 years. I was very happy with my TP-XL, used as a HVACR Technician Go Bag. I seen the TP-XXL and was impressed that they added the side enclosures for meters. I cannot say enough good things about Veto Customer Service and their products. I will say, they are not the cheapest bag on the market, but probably one of the toughest and will last for years. The TP-XXL holds enough tools to do 90% of most troubleshooting and repair jobs, and be light enough to carry around. I have other Veto Pacs, they suffer from tool obesity and become heavy. Highly recommended.

I had bought the TP-XL and loved that bag. I had some issues with it tipping over and dumping my tools out though. Wasn’t wide enough and it didn’t have enough room for my meters and tools too. I had written a review stating all the shortcomings of the XL and veto came through with the upgrades that I think will definitely pay off. Great adjustments and great listening to your tech customers. I work at a large hospital and many of the other techs and crafts are really looking at this bag.

Just got a TP-XXL as an upgrade to my TP-XL bag. The TP-XL was working fine for me but it was a little crowded for my needs but I had it working really well. I just happened to come check the website to see what goodies I couldn’t live without and got excited when I saw the TP-XXL. I ordered one and switched all of my tools over to the TP-XXL. I was originally caring my test meters in the back of the TP-XL area that was designed for a notepad, ipad, etc…. so the dedicated saddle bags on the TP-XXL were a welcome addition. All of my tools fit in the new bag with some room to spare and I really like the small bit pockets at the top of the TP-XXL. I like the idea of the front 4 pocket card being replaceable and hopefully they come up with a coule of other options. Personally I’d like to see an option with about 8 bit holder slots to hold different screwdrivers / nut drivers.
One thing I already miss from the TP-XL is the small magnet that is in the catch all pocket that got left out of the catch all pocket in the TP-XXL. The other small issue (for me personally) is that the measuring tape locations are so close to the meter pouches it can limit the size of the measuring tape you can put on there and depending on size/thinckness of the measuring tape you may knock the tape off of the bag while trying to access the meter pouch. I would have preferred one side be dedicated for a tape measure (with the clip up higher) and the other side be dedicated for the electrical tape loop.
I think this is my 7th VETO bag and most of them I still have and they all have specific uses for me. This bag is so close to perfect for my everyday bag but if fell just a little short. Overall I give it a 4.75 rating.

As an HVAC Tech, I was in need of a bag that can neatly store 2 big meters and a smaller CO detector along with an assortment of hand tools. THIS BAG DID ALL OF THAT AND THEM SOME!!! While Vetos are typically heavier bags, this bag was actually lighter than the bag I was using. It’s smaller footprint makes it easier to get it in and out of the jobsite. One of the big upsides to this bag is that you don’t have to swivel your bag around to get to other tools/meters. You just open the front flap and boom you have access to everything at once. I absolutely LOVE this bag and think that this along with my TECH-LC will be around for many years to come!

This is starting to look like the best designed toolbag that veto has ever done. It has the benefits of a closed top bag which protects tools from rain, dust/dirt and keeps the tools from falling out BUT THEN you can completely move the flap out of the way and get the benefits of an open top bag because all the tools are accessible from the top and one side of the bag. No having to go between two sides of the bag for different tools. No flaps to get in the way once it’s opened. Often I find with the Tech MCT or the Tech LC I have to open both sides of the bag and then have to pick up the bag and move it. With the flap on this bag getting completely out of the way and conforming to the size of the bag, it’s easy to move the bag just like an Open top bag. Appears to be really well sized, not too big and not too small. It should have had a magnetic screw catch but you can add that with a rare earth magnet under the top where the metal plate is or in the mesh pouch.

Just picked this up today and LOVE it. Finally , a place to store my iPad while climbing in and out of attics. A bag that shows me 100% of my tools at all times, and strong pockets that can handle whatever you manage to stuff in there. I upgraded from another Veto bag and I didn’t expect it to be better, but hey here we are. Fantastic products, never disappoint, always can handle whatever your roughest days have in store.

This is my favorite Veto yet. Great capacity with not being to big to carry up ladder cages. Balances well over shoulder or across the chest. This has become may everyday carry bag. My only disappointment is that I can’t buy another vswap panel for it.

Love this bag. However ones of the inside netted pouches had already come apart after 13 days. Submitted a warranty claim 3 days ago and still waiting on an answer. Other than that, this bag is a beast.

I’ll start off by saying “I absolutely LOVE this tool bag!” I’m an apprentice electrician with a couple years before I finish the program. However, most electricians are brainwashed thinking “if it ain’t Klein, it ain’t MINE!” Realistically, I believe Klein is overrated in the tool bag category. I had a Klein backpack that worked pretty good but too bulky and killed my back going up stairs at the job site. This VETO bag (TP-XXL) is more compact, easier to carry, AND holds all my tools that were in the backpack before. I think I’ll get another, bigger tool bag from VETO PRO PAC just because…. I plan on getting more tools!

I have both the XL and the XXL, I like the smaller XL for every day but there are times when I need my Amp clamp and my 289 so having the meter pouches on the XXL does come in handy but I found I would load it up and that made it too heavy for an every day pouch so I went with the XL. Just wish they made the divider pockets a little wider to let the tools drop down more but still keep them separated. All and all I like keeping my tools covered out of the weather and am happy with both.

This is my second tool bag. I tell you what. I have a lot of Milwaukee pack out. You cannot compare these veto bags to Milwaukee. Your talking ford to Maserati. No comparison. This bag is so well made. All the little pockets are made for electricians. I use this bag for holding all my not in use tools. I have there smaller bag for every day. I will say this. My company is changing over to vans. I had, yes I had an issue with that. After seeing some of there van v-swap items. I think I could get use to it. Great bag worth every penny.

This is the best pouch,since they invented sliced bread in my opinion. Everything is organised and quick to hand,however you set your tools out. I’ve got the XXL-F bag to and what I do is take what I’m using for the day and transplant into the pouch. You can even keep a drill and an impact driver on each side of the bag on the tape clips. You’ll need to use the shoulder strap if you do.

Another great bag from veto
I’ve been using the tp xl for few months and found that great also but fell victim of trying to put to much into it the bag is like others a bit like a fat kid in a sweet shop and has a go trying to consume everything you place into it.
I’ve found the xxl a lot more stable due to its added size of base , the pouches on side have become the home for my testing instrument and the other holds my wear 1/2 ratchet and sockets rarther well the addition height and the removable section in front makes this bag more useful as I’m putting a dewalt impact driver someday s like all veto bags the build and design is first rate and I’m sure it’s going to last a long time .
Plenty of pockets and the plastic base plus hook to hang up makes this bag a great addition to my veto bag family

I’ve had this tool bag a couple months now, They’re a little expensive but I’m really glad I purchased it. Their materials, stitching, and construction are really great. The bag is very well laid out with plenty of pockets. I’m sure I’ll get many years of trouble-free service. But if there is a problem in the future, I will definitely purchase another Veto tool bag.
