The TECH PAC BLACKOUT Build-Out is a stealth black version of the best-selling TECH PAC backpack. The bag features Veto Pro Pac’s proprietary V-SWAP™ system designed to accept tool, Meter, Laptop, Folio, Utility, Modular & Bulk Storage panels – all sold separately. Added panels can be swapped out enabling tool, gear or job specific storage solutions. CUSTOMERS MUST BUY 2 PANELS.

VETO PRO PAC TOOL BAGS PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Keep the Zippers Clean & Lubricated
Over time, dirt and grit will “clog” the zipper coils preventing them from staying closed. To keep this from happening, clean and lubricate your zippers twice a year (more often if you work on a job site with a high amount of airborne debris). To clean the coils: Scrub them with soapy water; a tooth brush works very well. After scrubbing the coils, blow them out with an air hose to dislodge any other fine grit that didn’t dislodge with the brush. To lubricate the coils: Apply a silicone spray, beeswax or a zipper lubricant.Protect the Zippers From Sharp Objects and/or Excessive Heat
Any sharp object or heat source is capable of permanently damaging the zippers. Once a zipper coil is cut or singed the zipper will not function and in most cases is not repairable. Most of the cut zipper coils we see are the result of sharp tools stored inside the bag with the sharp side facing up. Make sure to keep the sharp edges of your tools facing down in your bag and away from the zipper coils.Don’t Overstuff the Bag
Overstuffing your tool bag will very likely cause significant stress on the zippers that is above and beyond what the bag was built for and will eventually cause the zipper(s) to separate. If you have to work hard to close your zipper(s), your tool bag is most likely overstuffed… proceed with caution!Download The Product Sheet of

This is a solid bag, it should last me years. i like the v swap panel system that allows for future expandability. i paired with the laptop panel and the hi viz utility panel. hoping in the future veto will make a panel that is geared more towards office equipment technicians.

This is my first Veto bag and I like having the ability to switch out the panels. I do feel that the tools wind up being stuffed inside the bag but I hope that as the time goes on some of it will loosen up.

Not just for electricians! I work in maintenance at a lumber mill and need to carry an assortment of larger and heavier tools to effectively respond to breakdowns. I had been using an open top tool bag from another company until now and although it was able to hold what I needed, it was a pain to carry from location to location and was falling apart after a year and a half. This bag holds more than my old bag, yet feels lighter due to the two shoulder backpack design. The thing is built like a tank and the ability to open both the front and back flaps while having the bag remain upright is an awesome design feature that I didn’t know I needed. It allows for easy access and accountability for all of your tools. The utility panel is well suited for my chisels, punches, and various hand tools. Using a single piece of the folio panel allows for storage of various wrenches while saving room for my 20v ½” impact wrench and sockets. The D rings on the side are positioned perfectly for my 6lb 16” sledge. I also carry the mp1 on a daily basis and am very impressed with the Veto product line.

This bag is a high quality product,I have a small ,medium and large(back pack) now from veto. Never had a problem with any of them. I load the backpack full,has to be 50lbs,once you get it on your your back ,it’s designed so ergonomically that you barely feel it,it’s insane! My right shoulder and neck no longer have to lug all that weight to and from job sites.I can sip my coffee and still have everything I need for the day! Only thing stopping me from being a total fanboy for this company ,is the fact that most products are not made domestically.

The best tool bag back pack. Well worth the price this thing is very well built and tough as nails.
I work on overhead cranes in extreme environments from steel mill melt shops to acid lines to ice and snow and this bag stands up throughout it all. And can carry a ton of tools and weight comfortably and has a great lifting point built in for either hanging it up or lifting it up. Well worth the price. I would highly recommend this bag and I’ll put money on it that it will be the last bag you’ll need or want to buy.

I finally took the plunge and upgraded to the Tech Pac build-out. Over the years I’ve had the original Tech Pac, the Tech Pac LT and many others that I still own and use. Now this new version of the Tech Pac (build-out) is exactly what I have been waiting for. It is the best design by far of any backpack style tool bag I’ve seen.
